He competes nationally as a powerlifter, so he knows exactly how a body breaks under bad coaching and how it gets rebuilt under good coaching. 60-min training, 90-min slot
A session is 60 minutes of actual training. The 90-minute slot accounts for 30 minutes total trainer travel between locations.

Far locations may carry a surcharge
If your gym is significantly outside the trainer's regular area, we'll quote a small distance surcharge in the consultation. Always agreed up front.

12-hour cancellation window
Cancel at least 12 hours ahead and the session is rescheduled or refunded. Less than 12 hours and the session is still charged, your trainer's time is already blocked.

No-show, one free pass
Life happens. Your first no-show is free. After that, no-shows are charged in full to keep the schedule fair to everyone in the roster.

10-minute late grace, lobby wait
If you're running late, the trainer waits 10 minutes in the lobby. After that, they may stay or leave, their call. Either way, the session ends at the originally agreed time.

Payment up-front, monthly cycle
Subscription tiers are paid at the start of each month. Trial and drop-in sessions are paid up-front before the session. We send a quick payment link, bank transfer, PromptPay, or card.

Anyone can refer, clients, friends, even visiting Thai locals. When someone you refer signs up for a tier, you earn a one-time 25% commission on their first booked month. Paid out as cash, or converted to free sessions for you.
I travel for work. Does online coaching actually work?
Yes, most of our online clients travel. Plans are written around the equipment you'll have access to (hotel gyms, bodyweight, full barbell setup). Form is reviewed via video. Check-ins happen on your schedule, not ours.
Where do in-person sessions happen in Bangkok?
Mostly in your condo's gym if it's well-equipped, or in a partner facility nearby. We don't require you to take out a separate gym membership in most cases.
How is online 1-on-1 different from online coaching?
Online 1-on-1 is a live video session, the coach is on the other end of Zoom watching every rep. Online coaching is asynchronous, you train solo to a custom plan and submit videos for review. Most people start with coaching and add live sessions when they're learning a new lift.
How quickly will I see results?
Most clients see real change in strength, energy and body composition within 4–8 weeks. Visible body recomp typically lands at 8–12 weeks. Long-term transformations (15+ kg, big strength jumps) are 6–12 months of consistent work.
Do I need to be in shape already?
No. Most clients start as 'haven't trained seriously in years' or 'lifting for a while but plateaued'. We meet you where you are. The first month is usually about technique and base conditioning, not chasing PRs.
Do you write meal plans?
Yes, included in Diamond and Platinum online coaching. Tailored to your calorie target, food preferences, and lifestyle (eating out, travel, family meals). It's a real plan you can follow, not 200g chicken and broccoli forever.
What if I have an injury?
Tell us in the consultation. Many clients come in with back, knee or shoulder issues. The plan is built around them, and in many cases, training the right way is what fixes them. If something needs medical clearance, we'll say so.
How much do programmes cost?
Pricing depends on package, frequency and length of commitment. We quote you in the free consultation so it actually matches your goal and timeline, not a generic number on a webpage.
Can I train with a friend or partner?
Yes. The Bangkok Partner package is two clients with two custom plans, side by side. Cheaper per person than 1-on-1, almost as effective.
