    Movement assessment

    Hands-on assessment of mobility, current pain points, posture, prior injuries. Coordinated with your physio if you have one.

  2. 02

    Doctor-friendly programme

    Slow ramp, no ego lifts, never push past pain. The first 4 weeks are about technique and tolerance, not PRs.

  3. 03

    Weekly check-in calls

    How does the body feel? Where are we adjusting? You always know what next week looks like.

  4. 04

    Long-term reset

    After 12 weeks you have a body that moves better, sleeps better, and lifts again — without the old fear of getting hurt.

What if I have a herniated disc?
Many of our clients started here. We rebuild the lift from scratch, bracing, hip hinge, eccentric control. We coordinate with your physio if you have one. We never push past pain.
Do I need a doctor's clearance?
For active conditions: yes, please bring it. We'll happily call your doctor or physio if needed. For general 'haven't trained in years' deconditioning: no clearance needed.
Will I get sore?
Pleasantly, yes. Painfully or for days, no. The first 4 weeks are dose-controlled, building tolerance, not chasing PRs.
Is this only for men?
Roughly half our clients are women. The Standard tier is the most-chosen for both.
