What if I travel three weeks per month?
Most of our founder clients travel constantly. Programs flex around hotel gyms, time zones and back-to-back flights. Calendar integration is part of the onboarding. You don't lose progress on the road.
How fast will I see results between calls?
Real strength changes show in 4-6 weeks at 4×/week. Body recomp at 8-12 weeks. We send a weekly progress card so you have hard data, not feelings.
Can I scale down if a quarter goes sideways?
Yes. Tier downgrades or pauses up to 4 weeks per year are built in. Your roster spot stays.
Will Gopal coach me personally?
Yes for the Intensive tier and most Standard clients. Notty (FWG Performance Coach) covers some Standard slots when Gopal's in-person calendar is full.
